You know the postures, pranayam & meditation. Now I invite you to venture into the "Sound" of Yoga. A full participatory practice that illuminates the heart & clears the throat chakra. Franko will lead you in singing these simple but powerful ancient mantras in a call & response format. Some mantras can go up to 30 minutes which can induce expansive states of consciousness & euphoria. No singing experience is required only your presence.
