2018 Byron Spirit Festival

In this specialised workshop, we will focus on creative ways to teach kids how to focus, relax, stretch and prepare their mind and body for studying while at school, even without moving the chairs and tables. We will explore chair yoga as well as other ways to practice yoga with the children in the school environment.
