You know the postures, pranayam & meditation. Now I invite you to venture into the "Sound" of Yoga. A full participatory practice that illuminates the heart & clears the throat chakra. Franko will lead you in singing these simple but powerful ancient mantras in a call & response format. Some mantras can go up to 30 minutes which can induce expansive states of consciousness & euphoria. No singing experience is required only your presence.  

Paul Teodo is a yoga and meditation teacher and musician from Los Angeles.  He currently is teaching at the world-famous Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia.  Prior to that Paul taught for 4 years at Bryan Kest’s Power yoga in Santa Monica, the world’s original donation based yoga studio.  He was a senior teacher at the Yoga Collective in Venice Beach, and one of the first teachers at Unplug Meditation.  Paul was recently named the #1 Yoga Teacher in Los Angeles by the Culture Trip.
Paul has a unique talent to teach both a very strong power/vinyasa class, and can guide deep meditations with his live music.  His classes are distinctly masculine, while at the same time holding space with sensitivity.
He received his 200hr. certification through YogaWorks, under David Kim and Jesse Schein.  Upon graduating, Paul has been mentored by Sara Ivanhoe and Travis Eliot, and is currently completing a 200HR meditation TT with Dr. Lorin Roche.
Paul has spent the last 6 years perfecting A Journey to Center, his own personal combination of a mindfulness meditation combined with original pieces written on acoustic guitar.  His debut album was released on iTunes and BandCamp.
He leads yoga retreats all over the world and is currently residing in Ubud with his partner, Leah, who is also an established meditation teacher.  

Spiritsong Shamanic Choir is an experiential workshop that offers a space where one is encouraged to open up to the sacred world of sound that resides within all beings. Through an array of voice inspired exercises, each person will access the healing that resides within through the communion of sacred sound.This is an invitation to come on a journey through breath, song, harmony, listening and attuning, through prayer and reverence, touch and tears.
A place where we sing together, exploring sacred songs from across the globe, singing in the tongues of our ancestors. Singing in Spirit.

Bringing together ancient global Instruments with future sacred sound design technologies, Temple Step and Raio’s Sound Healing Journey is like no other.  Temple Step creates a deeply immersive evolving soundscape of rich organic synthesizer textures and nature atmospheres, within which Raio offers prayer songs, mantra, healing chants and meditative passages on classical guitar, the African ngoni, and Native American flute.  Together they move through the space weaving a deep shamanic drum journey into the experience before welcoming participants back with gentle and grounding songs, bringing honey to the heart.  
Expect a gorgeously produced and performed full-spectrum multi-dimensional sound healing experience. Temple Step and Raio offer regular Sound  Healing Journeys in their hometown of Ubud, Bali, and have been providing these sessions individually and in partnership at transformative festivals around the globe.
